It was in Canada and more precisely in Montreal that Nicolas discovered a drink hitherto unknown to him: kombucha. Curious, he decided to find out more about its origins and its creative process. And it was with the help of Pierrich (manager of a Kombucha factory) that Nicolas was able to perfect his recipes and develop his knowledge of fermentation and organic cultivation.
