Lowa Trolls beer 0.3%

Created in 2025, the Lowa Trolls beer 0.3% joins the Trolls range alongside Cuvée des Trolls and Rasta Trolls.

This filtered blonde beer is alcohol-free* but nonetheless remains complex. Made from a blend of malts, hops (including Motueka, a little aromatic bomb with lemon notes from New Zealand) added to the boil, sugar, water and specific yeast, it has a hoppy character to which floral, citrus and citrus notes are added.

The use of a specific yeast combined with so-called “slow” fermentation places this beer in the “alcohol-free” category with a rate of 0.3% while preserving a richness of flavors.

Brasserie Dubuisson took on the challenge of creating a 100% natural alcohol-free beer while respecting the historical brewing process and without compensating with sugar or sweeteners. It was essential for Brasserie Dubuisson to maintain its know-how and expertise, even in the design of an alcohol-free beer.
